My name is Frankie Greaves and I am the co-owner of Laurel Nursing.

I have worked in social care for over 10 years, the majority of that time in quality improvement and I have also worked as Head of Nursing for small organisation. For the majority of my career as a Registered Nurse, I have supported care homes to achieve their best through creating and implementing enviable quality governance systems and frameworks which have allowed providers to solidly improve their CQC ratings.

After so many years supporting the success and growth of large corporations, I decided that I wanted to focus more on smaller companies to truly become pioneers of operational and clinical excellence. My mission is to support you and your care home be the best it can be by working with you to implement outstanding quality governance and embed a culture of learning and innovation.
